Minister of Education Dr. Abdul Razzaq Al- Ashwal met today in Sana’a, the CEO of Maras Consulting Office Omar Halabi and his deputy Dr. Saud Bin Khudair.
The meeting discussed mechanisms to formulate a developmental vision for the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf Cooperation Council countries to meet the needs of Member States and keep pace with the changes and developments of the educational process.
The two sides discussed the components of the strategy of the Arab Bureau of Education and ways of developing it through studying the internal environment and the external needs of the Office and studying the educational needs of the member countries of the Office.
In the meeting, Minister Al-Ashwal stressed the importance of defining the functions of the Arab Education Bureau to cover the aspirations of its members, in a manner that ensures the improvement of performance according to standards and mechanisms to keep pace with the latest scientific developments.
He pointed out the importance of moving from theoretical programs to applied operational programs and focusing on the development of the educational process through focusing on the school and developing it and paying attention to the teacher and upgrading his professional level and the curriculum that keeps pace with the changes of the times and building training programs.
